Today I discovered ‘100 Aspects of the Moon’ by Tsuki Hyakushi. There are so many things I love about these images; the backgrounds and their gradients, the crispness of the lines, the patterns and folds in the clothes, the characters who feel so animated and the near constant use of (or reference to) the moon in the pictures, reminding me of the constant imagery of black dogs in the books ‘I Had A Black Dog’ and ‘Living With A Black Dog’.
